When customers can send money through Xoom, the beneficiary can receive money instantly through Vietcombank account or the beneficiary could come to any Vietcombank branch in working hours to receive money.

​The beneficiary must have an account in the Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) in order to receive money from USA via Xoom.

The service provides 2 methods of receiving money: Vietcombank account deposit and cash pick up at Vietcombank counters. In case the beneficiary does not have an account in Vietcombank, sender could send money with the option of payout "Cash pickup at Vietcombank counters" so, beneficiary could receive money at any Vietcombank counter.

​With money transferred in foreign currency and you want to receive by VND, it shall be applied transfer buying exchange rate published at the times your relatives pick up money by the Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam.

You should cancel the service at the nearest Vietcombank counter or via Vietcombank Contact Center 24/7 (1900 54 54 13) as soon as your phone is lost or you transfer  your phone number to a nother person for avoiding financial risks related to mobile topup transactions and the risk of exposing your account information.
