​You can register VCB-SMSBanking at the nearest Vietcombank counter or using Vietcombank debit card to register at Vietcombank's ATMs.

​Customers with Vietcombank current account(s) can register to use VCB-SMSBanking.

With VCB-SMSBanking you can make transactions including:

• Inquiry current account
• Inquiry 05 most recent transactions history
• Inquiry exchange rate, interest rate
• Inquiry ATM/Vietcombank network
• Mobile phone topup for yourself
• Receive notices for changing current account balace and spending credit cards.

• Vietcombank will charge VCB-SMSBanking fee if customers use function of  account balance changing and credit card using notice with 11.000 VND/phone number/month (VAT included). If you do not use this function, bank will not charge VCB-SMSBanking fee.
• Each message for information inquiry or mobile phone topup to 6167, Telo will charge SMS fees by Telcos

​With VCB-SMSBanking you can easily check account information/exchange rate/interest rate/ATM/branch anytime, anywhere simply and conveniently by sending a message to 6167 without internet access or making a phone call. 
Besides, with account balance changing and spending credit cards notices, you easily manage cash flow through account, detect and prevent risks timerly.

VCB-SMSBanking is a banking service via mobile phone messages which allows customers to receive current account's balance changing or spending credit cards notices or actively query information, topup prepaid mobile phone by sending a message to 6167.

You should take the following precautions to protect your password: 
 - Do not reveal your ID and password to anyone, write down or use it where someone else can see or input to any non-official application or screen like official application or screeen of Vietcombank.
 - Do not choose a password that is easily identifiable such as your personal telephone number, birthday or other personal information etc.
 - Avoid using sequential numbers (such as 123456) or same number more than twice (such as 123226) for your password.
 - Change your password IMMEDIATELY, using the 'Change of Password' service, if you suspect it has been revealed.
 - Change your password regularly.

​When losing the phone number or mobile device or give others, you need to request "Deactive" the service immediately at nearest Vietcombank counter or Vietcombank Contact Center 24/7 (1900 54 54 13) to prevent potential financial risks. 

​If you suspect your password revealed or stolen, you need to change your password immediately and notice to our Bank at the nearest Vietcombank counter or Vietcombank Contact Center 24/7 (1900 54 54 13) for help.
