You should cancel the service at the nearest Vietcombank counter or via Vietcombank Contact Center 24/7 (1900 54 54 13) as soon as your phone is lost or you transfer  your phone number to a nother person for avoiding financial risks related to mobile topup transactions and the risk of exposing your account information.

• Username is your VCB-SMSBanking number.
• For your convenience, at the moment, there is no password for VCB-SMSBanking.

​When changing VCB-SMSBanking number, you have to request to cancel service with the old number and register for the new number.

​With a mobile phone having a SIM of Viettel/Mobifone/Vinaphone/Gmobile/Vietnammobile, you can use the registered service with Vietcombank.

​You can register VCB-SMSBanking at the nearest Vietcombank counter or using Vietcombank debit card to register at Vietcombank's ATMs.

​Customers with Vietcombank current account(s) can register to use VCB-SMSBanking.

With VCB-SMSBanking you can make transactions including:

• Inquiry current account
• Inquiry 05 most recent transactions history
• Inquiry exchange rate, interest rate
• Inquiry ATM/Vietcombank network
• Mobile phone topup for yourself
• Receive notices for changing current account balace and spending credit cards.

• Vietcombank will charge VCB-SMSBanking fee if customers use function of  account balance changing and credit card using notice with 11.000 VND/phone number/month (VAT included). If you do not use this function, bank will not charge VCB-SMSBanking fee.
• Each message for information inquiry or mobile phone topup to 6167, Telo will charge SMS fees by Telcos
