In order to provide customer information about the limit that can be used in case the customer has many VCB credit cards and these cards have a connection limit, VCB sends information to the customer about the available limit which calculated as the remaining limit that customers can use
Example: Customers are granted a limit of VND 100 million by VCB to issue credit cards, including 01 Visa Platinum card with a limit of 100 million VND and 01 JCB gold card with a limit of 70 million VND. Customer has spent 50 million VND Visa card à available limit is 50 million VND. When Customer continues to spend with JCB card 5 million VND à available limit is 45 million (although JCB card has an initial limit of 75 million and new customer uses 5 million on this card).
