​When there is a problem logging in: You may have to clear your browser's cache. To clear cache, please do as follows (for Internet Explorer):

• Select Tools, select Internet Options;
• Click on General, select Delete Files in Temporary Internet Files, click OK;
• Close and reopen the browser.

When you receive the same error message: You may need to delete cookies on your Web browser in the following way:

• Select Tools, select Internet Options
• Click on General, select Delete Browsing History. Press butoon Delete

​Please check the Vietnamese typing program / lowercase typing mode (Caps Lock key) on the computer. The program may still turn on and make the process of typing your username / password wrong.​​​​​​​

​OTP is a one-time password provided by Vietcombank to customers whenever they make a payment transaction on VCB Digibank to identify customers correctly. This password is valid for only one use, so it can ensure customers' safety​​​​​​​

​SMS OTP: an authentication method in which OTP code is sent via SMS to the Customer's registered phone number for VCB Digibank services..  

​​​​​​​VCB Smart OTP: is an authentication method in which OTP code is generated by applications installed on customers' mobile devices (Smartphone, ipad, tablet ...). Authentication method of VCB Smart OTP includes 2 forms::

• Independent VCB Smart OTP application: to authenticate transactions on the website of VCB Digibank.
• Integrated VCB Smart OTP application: to authenticate transactions on VCB Digibank's mobile application.

​The transaction confirmation code is the number shown on the screen of VCB Digibank web version when you make financial transactions. You need to enter the transaction confirmation code into the Vietcombank Smart OTP application to get the OTP code generated on the application.​​​​​​​

​With the methods of receiving OTP Vietcombank (SMS OTP, Vietcombank Smart OTP), customers can make transactions on VCB Digibank when going abroad.

• For the method of receiving OTP via SMS, you need to register for the international roaming service of the telecom unit.
• For the method of receiving OTP via Smart OTP, you need to register for use, activate the Smart OTP application and have a phone with a guaranteed connection to the Internet.
  

​​​​​​​Therefore, in this case, Vietcombank recommends that you use Vietcombank Smart OTP to receive OTP to avoid having to depend on the quality of the services provided by third parties to provide telecommunications services.

​- You can use Vietcombank domestic debit card to withdraw cash by QR code (without using physical card) as long as you have registered and used VCB Digibank service of VCB.

​In order to provide customer information about the limit that can be used in case the customer has many VCB credit cards and these cards have a connection limit, VCB sends information to the customer about the available limit which calculated as the remaining limit that customers can use

Example: Customers are granted a limit of VND 100 million by VCB to issue credit cards, including 01 Visa Platinum card with a limit of 100 million VND and 01 JCB gold card with a limit of 70 million VND. Customer has spent 50 million VND Visa card à available limit is 50 million VND. When Customer continues to spend with JCB card 5 million VND à  available limit is 45 million (although JCB card has an initial limit of 75 million and new customer uses 5 million on this card).
