• ​​​​​​​​Customers can register to use the Digital Banking service of VCB Digibank at any of Vietcombank's transaction offices nationwide.
• When registering to use the service, you need to bring:
  • Original ID card / Passport / Citizen card;
  • Registration form for using electronic banking services.
• To register the service, you need::
  • Complete the service registration form;
  • Accept terms and conditions of provision and use of electronic banking services of Vietcombank.

​- Login name of VCB Digibank service is your registered phone number.

- The default password will be sent to the phone number that you have registered in the e-banking registration form and is valid within 24 hours from the time Vietcombank sends the password to you.

• To use high-value financial transactions, please register, activate VCB - Smart OTP authentication method provided by VCB at each period and set the corresponding transfer limit..

​For VCB Digibank services, the phone number that you have registered with Vietcombank is the username. In case you change your phone number, please cancel VCB Digibank and re-register with another phone number at any Vietcombank transaction offices nationwide​​​​​​​

• VCB Password used for VCB Digibank service must be from 7 to 20 characters in length, including: Lowercase letters, uppercase characters, numeric characters and special characters: @, #, $,%;
• To ensure safety, customers do not set a password with personal information that can be easily guessed by other people such as date of birth, phone number, license plate, name of person, name of person relatives like spouses / children, sequential sequence as simple as 123456 ..., avoid writing passwords on paper or taking notes in other forms;
• You should change your password often (minimum every 3 months)

• In case you use the VCB Digibank Service on a mobile application, the corresponding mobile device needs to have iOS operating system version 8.0 or higher or Android operating system version 4.1.0 or higher or follow VCB's regulations from time to time.
