​​OTP is automatically sent to customers in these below forms:
- Mobile phone text message;
- Or through Vietcombank Smart OTP application;

​OTP is the password used once only provided to customers by Vietcombank each time you perform a payment transaction via VCB-ib@nking to precisely verify customers. This password is valid once only so it can ensure your safety.​

• ​Vietcombank requires you to change your login password in the first time login within 24 hours after receiving password the bank sent via email.
• To perform financial transactions, please register authentication method.

​At the moment, user name for VCB-iB@nking is provided by Vietcombank and you are not allowed to change unless there's suspicion that username is exposed and/or used by hackers, Vietcombank will support customers to change username.​

To receive user name and password using VCB-PhoneB@nking, you can register at:
- Any Vietcombank counters nationwide;
- Or via VCB-iB@nking service (in case you have already used VCB-iB@nking)​

All individual customers using Vietcombank services are eligible for VCB-PhoneB@nking service.​

Vietcombank does not charge VCB-PhoneB@nking. Please pay telecomunication fee according to current fees of the telecomunication corporations.​

​VCBPhoneB@nking is to help customers to perform banking transactions 24h*7 days via phone number at Vietcombank Contact Center (1900 54 54 13).

To ensure  your safety, your services will be temporarily locked if you:
- Log in with wrong password for more than 05 consecutive times for VCB-iB@nking service. In this case, you will have to go to the nearest Vietcombank counter to reopen your service.
- Log in with wrong password for 03 consecutive times for Mobile Bankplus service. To reopen service, please come to the nearest Vietcombank counter or you can reopen it through VCB-iB@nking channel (in case you use VCB-iB@nking service).
- Log in with wrong password for 05 consecutive times for VCB-MobileB@nking service. After 24h since being temporarily locked, this service will be automatically reopened.
