VCB Digibank is a service that unifies your experience with Vietcombank's current Internet Banking and Mobile Banking services in terms of interface, login information, limits, service fees, features, utilities, and permissions. You seamlessly perform financial transactions and digital utilities of Vietcombank​​​​​​​

​- Check payment account information, deposit and loan accounts, credit card information.

- Transfers:

• Vietcombank Internal Transfer
• Vietcombank External Transfer (via State Bank Channel)
• Quick Transfer 24/7 (quick transfer via account/card)
• Transfer to beneficiary to receive cash by ID card/Passport at Vietcombank Counters.
• Transfer charity money to charities.
  

- Bill payment:

• Pay for electricity bills, telecommunications charges (telephone, Internet), train tickets, air tickets, tuition, insurance, hospital fees, insurance, tuition, financial loans
• Pay Domestic tax and Registration tax.
• Social insurance
• Port infrastructure fee
  

- Deposit:

• Mobile topup
• E-topup wallet

If you regularly go abroad and want to make financial transactions, please register Smart OTP authentication method right on VCB Digibank to avoid interruption of transactions due to not receiving OTP SMS from telecom operators informed.​​​​​​​

​You only need to visit Vietcombank's official website at www.vietcombank.com.vn , select Log in to Digital Banking of VCB Digibank, enter your username and password of VCB - iB @ nking to convert to use use VCB Digibank services.​​​​​​​

​You only need to upgrade the Mobile Banking / VCBPAY app (update the app) to the latest version on the app market, enter your VCB - Mobile B @ nking username and password to switch to using VCB Digibank service .​​​​​​​

​Customers in foreign countries can completely switch to use VCB Digibank service if their mobile device is in roaming mode to receive SMS from Vietcombank​​​​​​​

​In this case, please do:

- Step 1: Request a password reset of VCB -iB @ nking service or VCB Mobile B @ nking in one of the following two ways to start converting to VCB Digibank service:

+ Visit any Vietcombank transaction center nationwide

+ Call Vietcombank Hotline at 1900 545413 for Regular Customers or 1800 1565 for Priority Customers.

- Step 2: You perform the conversion on the website or mobile application of Vietcombank.

• ​​​​​​​​Customers can register to use the Digital Banking service of VCB Digibank at any of Vietcombank's transaction offices nationwide.
• When registering to use the service, you need to bring:
  • Original ID card / Passport / Citizen card;
  • Registration form for using electronic banking services.
• To register the service, you need::
  • Complete the service registration form;
  • Accept terms and conditions of provision and use of electronic banking services of Vietcombank.

​- Login name of VCB Digibank service is your registered phone number.

- The default password will be sent to the phone number that you have registered in the e-banking registration form and is valid within 24 hours from the time Vietcombank sends the password to you.

​​​​​​​You need to set a new password to ensure the security and confidentiality of your VCB Digibank account.
