​For VCB Digibank services, the phone number you have registered with Vietcombank is the username and the unique service for each Customer. Therefore, you need to select 01 phone number to use as the username of VCB Digibank service.

​​​​​​​​You can request Vietcombank for your username / password again at:

- Transaction points of Vietcombank nationwide;

- Contact Vietcombank 24/7 Hotline on 1900 545413 for Regular Customers or 1800 1565 for Priority Customers;

- On the website of VCB Digibank login (applicable to individual customers re-granting password with the condition that their username has not been locked).

​The feature's favorite function setting helps you to set up frequently used functions and services, to display in an easy-to-see position on the screen, helping you to perform transactions quickly as needed. 

​Currently, the VCB Digibank service is available to all account holders to query general account information

​For your safety reasons, if you log in to the program and within a certain period of time without using the service, the program will notify the time of access. When you receive this notice, you only need to use the correct Username and Password to log in again.

• In case you have not registered an email to receive notification of results for transactions on VCB Digibank, please visit Vietcombank's transaction offices for assistance.
• In case you have registered for an email notifying you of the result of the transaction on VCB Digibank, you are not required to receive the notification of transaction result, please perform the following check steps:

• Check the email registered with the Bank to ensure the email address is entered correctly (eg email yahoo.com or yahoo.com.vn);
• Check the settings in the mailbox to make sure the email from Vietcombank (vietcombank.com.vn) is not in the list of blocked mail (Spam mail)
• Check in the spam box (Trash / Junk mail) because maybe email notification password is pushed into the spam folder
• Check with your mail server management to make sure mail is not being held on the server (mail server)

• In case of unidentified reason, please contact Vietcombank Customer Service Center at 1900 545413 for Regular customers or 1800 1565 for Priority Customers or the nearest Vietcombank transaction center for get help.

​When there is a problem logging in: You may have to clear your browser's cache. To clear cache, please do as follows (for Internet Explorer):

• Select Tools, select Internet Options;
• Click on General, select Delete Files in Temporary Internet Files, click OK;
• Close and reopen the browser.

When you receive the same error message: You may need to delete cookies on your Web browser in the following way:

• Select Tools, select Internet Options
• Click on General, select Delete Browsing History. Press butoon Delete

​Please check the Vietnamese typing program / lowercase typing mode (Caps Lock key) on the computer. The program may still turn on and make the process of typing your username / password wrong.​​​​​​​

​OTP is a one-time password provided by Vietcombank to customers whenever they make a payment transaction on VCB Digibank to identify customers correctly. This password is valid for only one use, so it can ensure customers' safety​​​​​​​
