How to send money

Step 1: Sender go to transaction point with MoneyGram logo worldwide.

Step 2: Present a valid ID / Passport and necessary documents as requested by MoneyGram agent staff.

Step 3: Fill out the money transfer form and hand over the money (transfer amount and fee amount) to MoneyGram agent staff.

Step 4: Receive Transaction Code.

(Note: Transaction code is only provided to the recipient, not disclosed to anyone else).

Step 5: Notify the receiver of the transaction code.

How to receive money

Step 1: The receiver receives the transaction code notified by the sender.

Step 2: Receivers go to any Vietcombank transaction offices nationwide.

Step 3: Present a valid ID / Passport.

Step 4: Notify the transaction code to Vietcombank's staff and fill in the receipt form.

Step 5: Receive money completely free.
