How to send money
Step 1
Senders go to transaction points of overseas companies affiliated with VCBR.
Step 2
Following the instruction of sending agency

Provide receiver’s information
- In case receiver has Vietcombank account: Provide Vietcombank account number, account name of the receiver
- In case receiver does not have Vietcombank account: Get the reference number of the transaction and provide the number to the receiver. (Please share the reference number only with the receiver, do not disclose to anyone)
- In case the receiver receives money at home: Provide the receivert's name, phone number, address.
How to receive money
- For receiver has Vietcombank account, customer can choose the following methods:
- Go to Vietcombank transaction offices to withdraw cash
- Withdraw money from Vietcombank ATM machine national wide
- Trade money immediately if customer using Vietcombank internet banking service (VCB Digibank)
- For receiver withdraw money by cash at Vietcombank transaction offices
Step 1: Go to the nearest Vietcombank transaction office.
Step 2: Present valid ÌD
Step 3: Provide Reference number
Step 4: Fill in the “withdrawal slip" form
Step 5: Get the money totally free of charge
Note: In case the customer receives cash at home, VCBR's staff will contact the customer to make an appointment for the delivery time. Receivers only need to provide photo identification for VCBR staff to compare information, then sign to confirm and receive money.
