Domestic Money Receive

​​​​​​With Domestic Money Receive, customers can receive money transferred from any domestic individuals or organizations. Customers can receive money via accounts opened at Vietcombank or receive cash at any Vietcombank transaction offices.

In particular, customers will receive notice of balance change as soon as money is credited to their accounts if they register to use Vietcombank's balance change notification service.

​Domestic Money Receive service applies to customers:

  • Vietnamese individuals;
  • Foreign individuals living and working legally in Vietnam.

Customers have accounts at Vietcombank.

Note: Customers can withdraw cash at the counter and / or ATM immediately after receiving money.

Customers use valid ID documents (ID, Passport… to receive money at Vietcombank's transaction offices.

Note: The sender must make transactions from Digibank (website version) or at a Vietcombank transaction office.

Step 1: Customers check the account to know whether the money has been transferred or not.

Step 2: If the money has been transferred, customers can withdraw money at the counter / ATM or use the amount on the account to perform transactions.

Senders go to Vietcombank's transaction offices, bring valid identification documents such as ID, Passport and follow the instructions of teller.
