Note when using the card

• Reading the contract carefully before signing.

• Check the information on the card to make sure your information is right when you to receive their cards at bank branches.
• Change your personal identification number (PIN) for the Bank's debit card at ATM immediately after receiving the card to activate the card. Note, you should avoid your PIN relating to personal information such as date of birth, phone number, license plate ... etc to avoid the release of information to the bad guys take advantage.

• Do not give your card to anyone excluding employees of the bank or the merchant's cashier who is assigned to work with you.
• Do not disclose your PIN number, card number to anyone. You are the only person to know that information.
• Do not bend the card, fold the card.
• Do not leave the card near to the electronic devices which can broadcast, strong magnetism can damage the data on the card.
• Avoid not scratching the black tape on the back of the card.
• Keep your card in your wallet carefully, the location where you can easily see whenever you open your wallet to help early detection of a lost card
• Consider changing your PIN regularly to ensure safety for your account
• Avoid entering the wrong PIN over 03 times continually, otherwise, your card will be blocked.
• Call Vietcombank Customer Service Center when you forget your PIN or when your card is lost or misplaced by the phone number: 84-4824 3524/824 5716 to receive construction.
• Remember the limit cash/withdrawal limit per day/per card transaction, so that you can easily control spending ability.
• Note to the validity period of the card to know when you replace card. Do not use the card when the card validity period has expired.

Pay attention to check the information on the card payment invoices, ensuring adequate information. Register to receive payments only if you agree to all the information on the invoice
• Keep the card payment invoices and related documents to use for complaints (if any).
• Ensure that all card transactions at the merchant must be conducted at your sight.
• Make sure that the card must be returned immediately after the transaction is done at your sight.
• Contact to the customer service center in case your card is declined or the merchant did not give a reasonable explanation, or in case you suspect your card information stolen.
• When you receive a monthly statement, you need to check the details of the terms listed in the statement. In case you have any questions, please notify the bank in writing within 45 days of the transaction date. In the case you did not receiving monthly statements, you should directly go to the issuing bank branches or contact to bank staff who serves you.
