With SMS  Banking , you can quickly update transactions on current accounts, credit cards and perform other transactions securely, conveniently, quickly.

1. Information enquiry:
Query current account balance;
Look up last 5 Account Transactions; 
Query credit Card Limit;​​​​
Look up exchange rate, interest rate, ATM location, Vietcombank Branch location
Get helps using SMS Banking
* Send message to 6167.

2. Top up mobile phone
Top up denomination: 30,000 VND; 50,000 VND; 100,000 VND; 200,000 VND; 300,000 VND; 500,000 VND.
Top up limit: 500,000 VND per transaction; 3 million VND per day.

3. Receive SMS alerts
Receiving SMS alerts on: (i) current account balance changes and credit card expenditures; (ii) loan payment reminder in 5 days before due date

You can receive SMS notifications on balance changes of:
 - Only defaulf account for SMS Banking, or;
 - All current accounts, or;
 - Some current accounts (only register in Internet Banking)

Condition of use

- Having an account with Vietcombank; 

- Register VCB-SMS B@nking service at Vietcombank; 

- Having mobile phone number of Vinaphone, Mobifone, Viettel, Gmobile, Vietnamobile.

Requirements for registering the service 

- ID card or passport (original); 

- Registration form for using VCB-SMS B@nking (here).
