VCB Digibank Digital Banking is built on the consolidation of separate transaction platforms on Internet Banking and Mobile Banking, providing a seamless, unified experience for customers on electronic means such as computers (PC/ Laptop) and mobile devices (phone/ tablet).

VCB Digibank has two basic channels including:

  • VCB Digibank on Mobile application: is an updated version of Mobile Banking application on Appstore and Google Play Store app markets (the name on the app market is "Vietcombank").
  • VCB Digibank on web browser: In the “VCB Digibank” section on Vietcombank's official website or direct link: https://vcbdigibank.vietcombank.com.vn/.

With VCB Digibank, customers will experience digital banking in a whole new way:

  • Identify with only 01 username, 01 password and 01 limit corresponding to each type of transaction on all channels.
  • Integrate many advanced security technologies, especially VCB Digibank also added new login authentication technology - Push Authentication. With this technology, when customers log in on the web browser, the system will automatically send a notification to the mobile application to request the customer to confirm before allowing successful login.
  • Interface designed in the style of "dark mode" - dark background mode, has positive benefits to user’s health, optimizes battery life and increases the durability of the device.
  • Easily personalize with a wide selection of wallpapers for VCB Digibank according to each person's preferences.

Outstanding features of VCB Digibank on Mobile application:

  • Easy to perform financial transactions, payments and shopping: Quick money transfer 24/7, schedule money transfers, online savings, pay bills electricity - water - telecommunications - health - education - security insurance, automatic bill payment, phone recharge, QR Pay payment, flight/ hotel booking, online shopping, online inquiry ...
  • The feature of receiving notice of balance change via OTT message (OTT Alert) is integrated right on VCB Digibank's Mobile application, replacing SMS notification, helping customers save costs.

Note: Immediately after customers activate the OTT Alert notification feature, VCB will automatically stop the active SMS feature to optimize service costs for customers.

  • Transaction verification method:
  • mPin: Password to access VCB Digibank services.
  • SMS OTP: OTP (one-time verification password) will be sent via SMS to customers' phone numbers registered to use VCB Digibank
  • Smart OTP: OTP generation application integrated in Mobile app.
  • Biometric element: fingerprint/ face. Note when logging in/ confirming a transaction by fingerprint:
  • Always control the number of fingerprints installed on the device, only one fingerprint should be maintained at all times
  • Absolutely do not allow others to arbitrarily install/ change fingerprints on their device
  • Regularly check the list of fingerprints being installed on the device

1. For newly registered customers:

Conditions of use:

  • Individual customer who has a current account at Vietcombank.
  • Have a phone number to register telecommunication network of Vietnam.
  • Mobile device needs to have iOS operating system version 8.0 or higher or Android operating system version 4.1.0 or higher, with Internet connection (via GPRS/ 3G/ Wifi).
  • Register to use VCB Digibank service
  • Customers should register email address to receive information and notices about the service.
