How to send money
Step 1: Senders go to the UniTeller agent or the Wells Fargo transaction point.
Step 2: Follow instruction of sending agency.
Step 3: Provide the receiver’s information:
- In case receiver has Vietcombank account: Provide Vietcombank account number, account name of the receiver
- In case receiver does not have Vietcombank account: Get the reference number of the transaction and provide the number to the receiver. (Please share the reference number only with the receiver, do not disclose to anyone)
(Note: Transaction code is only provided to the receiver, not disclosed to anyone else).
How to receive money
- For receiver has Vietcombank account, customer can choose the following methods:
- Go to Vietcombank transaction offices to withdraw cash
- Withdraw money from Vietcombank ATM machine national wide
- Trade money immediately if customer using Vietcombank internet banking service (VCB Digibank)
- For receiver withdraw money by cash at Vietcombank transaction offices
Step 1: Go to the nearest Vietcombank transaction office.
Step 2: Present valid ÌD
Step 3: Provide Reference number
Step 4: Fill in the “withdrawal slip" form
Step 5: Get the money totally free of charge
