How to send money

Step 1: Senders to transaction points with RIA service worldwide, select Vietcombank to receive money..

Step 2: Follow instruction of sending agency.

Step 3: Receive the  the reference number of the transaction

(Note: Transaction code is only provided to the receiver, not disclosed to anyone else).

Step 4: Provide the ref number to the receiver.

How to receive money

Step 1: Go to nearest Vietcombank transaction offices to withdraw cash

Step 2: Present a valid ID / Passport;

Step 3: Provide the Reference Number notified by the sender;

Step 4: Fill in the Payment Form;

Step 5: Receive money completely free.
