5. Giá khởi điểm tài sản đấu giá, tiền đặt trước, tiền mua hồ sơ:

            Reserve price of auctioned assets, deposit, and purchase price of dossier:

• Giá khởi điểm: 1.098.821.000.000 đồng (Một ngàn không trăm chín mươi tám tỷ, tám trăm hai mươi mốt triệu đồng);

            Reserve price: 1,098,821,000,000 VND (One thousand zero hundred and ninety eight billion, eight hundred twenty one million Vietnamese Dong);

• Tiền đặt trước: Tương đương 10% so với giá khởi điểm, cụ thể là: 109.882.100.000 đồng (Một trăm lẻ chín tỷ, tám trăm tám mươi hai triệu, một trăm ngàn đồng);

           Deposit: Equivalent to 10% of the reserve price, specifically: 109,882,100,000 VND (One hundred and nine billion, eight hundred and eighty two million, one hundred thousand Vietnamese Dong);

• Tiền mua hồ sơ đấu giá: 500.000 đồng/bộ hồ sơ;

            Fee to buy auction dossier: 500,000 VND/ per dossier;

6. Thời gian, địa điểm bán hồ sơ tham gia đấu giá:

            Time and location to sell auction participation dossier:

• Thời gian: Từ ngày 22/02/2022 đến ngày 14/3/2022 (trong giờ hành chính);

            Time: From 22^nd February, 2022 to 14^th March, 2022 (during office hours);

• Địa điểm: Tại Trung tâm dịch vụ đấu giá tài sản – số 19/5 Hoàng Việt, Phường 4, quận Tân Bình, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh;

            Location: Asset Auction Service Center, address: No. 19/5 Hoang Viet Street, Ward 4, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City;

7. Thời gian, địa điểm xem tài sản đấu giá, xem giấy tờ về quyền sở hữu, quyền sử dụng tài sản và tài liệu liên quan:

• Trong thời gian niêm yết việc đấu giá tài sản, người tham gia đấu giá có nhu cầu xem tài sản, xem giấy tờ về quyền sở hữu, quyền sử dụng tài sản và tài liệu liên quan đến tài sản ngoài thời gian trên thì liên hệ Trung tâm để được giải quyết;

8. Thời gian, địa điểm, đối tượng, điều kiện, cách thức mua hồ sơ và đăng ký tham gia đấu giá:

• Người được đăng ký tham gia đấu giá: Cá nhân hoặc tổ chức trừ những người sau đây:

+ Người không có năng lực hành vi dân sự, người bị mất hoặc bị hạn chế năng lực hành vi dân sự, người có khó khăn trong nhận thức, làm chủ hành vi hoặc người tại thời điểm đăng ký tham gia đấu giá không nhận thức, làm chủ được hành vi của mình;

People who do not have civil act capacity, people who have lost or have limited civil act capacity, people who have difficulties in cognition or behavior control, or people who are not aware and cannot control their own behavior at the time of registration to participate in the auction;

+ Người làm việc trong tổ chức đấu giá tài sản thực hiện cuộc đấu giá; cha, mẹ, vợ, chồng, con, anh ruột, chị ruột, em ruột của đấu giá viên điều hành cuộc đấu giá; người trực tiếp giám định, định giá tài sản; cha, mẹ, vợ, chồng, con, anh ruột, chị ruột, em ruột của người trực tiếp giám định, định giá tài sản;

People working in the asset auction organization conducting the auction; father, mother, wife, husband, child, biological brother and biological sister of the auctioneer administering the auction; the person who directly assesses and appraises ​​the assets; father, mother, wife, husband, child, biological brother and biological sister of the person who directly assesses and appraises the assets;

+ Người được chủ sở hữu tài sản ủy quyền xử lý tài sản, người có quyền quyết định bán tài sản, người ký hợp đồng dịch vụ đấu giá tài sản, người có quyền quyết định bán tài sản của người khác theo quy định của pháp luật;

             The people authorized by the asset owner to handle the assets, the people who has the right to decide on the sale of the assets, the people who signs the asset auction service contract, the people who has the right to decide to sell the assets of another person in accordance with the law;

+ Cha, mẹ, vợ, chồng, con, anh ruột, chị ruột, em ruột của người quy định tại điểm c khoản 4 Điều 38 Luật Đấu giá tài sản;

    Father, mother, wife, husband, child, biological brother and biological sister of the people specified at Point c, Clause 4, Article 38 of the Law on Asset Auction;

+ Người không có quyền mua tài sản đấu giá theo quy định của pháp luật áp dụng đối với loại tài sản này;

People who do not have the right to purchase auctioned assets according to the provisions of law applicable to these type of assets;

• Điều kiện đăng ký: Cá nhân, tổ chức có đủ điều kiện theo quy định của Luật Đấu giá tài sản và pháp luật có liên quan được đăng ký tham gia đấu giá;

            Conditions for registration: Individuals and organizations that fully meet the conditions prescribed by the Law on Asset Auction and relevant laws may register to participate in the auction;

• Cách thức: Khách hàng mua hồ sơ và nộp hồ sơ đăng ký tham gia đấu giá liên hệ trực tiếp tại Trung tâm dịch vụ đấu giá tài sản - số 19/5 Hoàng Việt, Phường 4, quận Tân Bình, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh - Phòng đăng ký đấu giá;

            Method: Customers who buy dossier and submit their dossier to participate in the auction contact directly at the Asset Auction Service Center - No. 19/5 Hoang Viet Street, Ward 4, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City - Auction Registration Office;

9. Hình thức đấu giá: Đấu giá trực tiếp bằng lời nói tại cuộc đấu giá;

           Auction form: Direct verbal auction at the auction;

10. Phương thức đấu giá: Phương thức trả giá lên;

            Auction method: Up-bid method;
