On August 30, 2021, the Board of Directors of Vietcombank were unanimous to elect Mr. Pham Quang Dzung as the new Chairman of the Board for the 2018-2023 office term. This election, pursuant to the State Bank of Vietnam’s written aproval issued earlier on August 27, 2021, took immediate effect.
