Mobile BankPlus is a banking service which allows customers using Viettel's phone number to perform banking transactions anytime, anywhere via mobile phone using Viettel SIM. ​

​With Mobile BankPlus, you will feel convenience and safe. Easy to fund transfer, pay bill, mobile phone topup via a smartphone. 
In addition, You will enjoy more attractive utilities integrated on the service.​

Vietcombank will charge the maintainance service fee at 11.000 VND per month (VAT included). In addition, bank will charge 11.000 VND per fund tranfer transaction to other Banks. 

​With Mobile BankPlus service you can make transactions including:
 - Fund transfer with vietcombank;
 - Fund transfer to other Banks in list here;
 - Top up mobile phone, game online. 
 - Bill Payment: Electricity Bill, Mobile Bill, Landlinde home Bill, Internet Bill,.... 
 - Enquiry account balance, last 5 transaction, credit card limit.​

Customers with Vietcombank current account(s) and phone number using VCB-SMS B@nking can register to use Mobile BankPlus. ​

​You can register Mobile BankPlus at the nearest Vietcombank counter or VCB-iB@nking. ​

With mobile devices using Viettel SIM, you can experience the service via USSD *123# or BankPlus Application. ​

​

​When changing Mobile BankPlus phone number, you have to request to cancel the service with the old number and register for the new number.​

​- Username is your phone number using the service.
- Password is set by the customer (at least 6 digits) afer the customer

​If you forget your password, you have to request "Reset PIN" the service at the nearest Vietcombank counter or VCB-iB@nking or via Vietcombank Contact Center 24/7 (1900 54 54 13) to receive new password. ​

​If you suspect your password revealed or stolen, you need to change your password immediately and notice to our Bank at the nearest Vietcombank counter or Vietcombank Contact Center 24/7 (1900 54 54 13) for help. ​

When losing the phone number or give others, you need to request "Deactive" the service immediately at nearest Vietcombank counter or Vietcombank Contact Center 24/7 (1900 54 54 13) to prevent potential financial risks. ​

You should take the following precautions to protect your password: 
 - Do not reveal your ID and password to anyone, write down or use it where someone else can see or input to any non-official application or screen like official application or screeen of Vietcombank.
 - Do not choose a password that is easily identifiable such as your personal telephone number, birthday or other personal information etc.
 - Avoid using sequential numbers (such as 123456) or same number more than twice (such as 123226) for your password.
 - Change your password IMMEDIATELY, using the 'Change of Password' service, if you suspect it has been revealed.
 - Change your password regularly.
