From 09/12/2019, Vietcombank will stop holding spending transaction of Vietcombank Cashback Plus American Express® international debit cards. Previously, when a customer spend by Vietcombank Cashback Plus American Express® international debit card, the system will hold the spending amount for 15 days, after 15 days, the system will debit the spending amount from the customer’s current account. To minimize this inconvenience, from 09/12/2019, Vietcombank will debit the spending amount of Vietcombank Cashback Plus American Express® international debit card from the customer’s current account when the transaction is posted in Vietcombank’s system.
