As part of the overall digital transformation strategy currently being implemented strongly and comprehensively at our bank, Vietcombank officially launches the VCB-iB @ nking service version 2020 for Corporate customers starting from October 22, 2020.
VCB-iB@nking version 2020 is developed based on the customer voice, aiming to simplify and enhance the user experience with important upgrades such as:
- Interface innovation: The new VCB-iB@nking interface has been designed following a simple, modern, and user-convenient approach, which enables accessibility with common web browsers and compatibility with mobile devices.
- Experience simplification: The new VCB-iB@nking version for Corporate customers inherits all existing features available on the old version. These features are also rearranged and redesigned to support the transaction purpose and visualize the transaction itinerary of the customer.
- Functional upgrades: The new VCB-iB@nking version for Corporate customers adds some features such as debt/alert, transaction search engine, visual tables/charts, etc.
- New features and utilities will continue to be updated.
With customer-centric changes and improvements, we believe that the new VCB-iB@nkng version will bring a new, satisfying, and seamless experience to all customers.
From October 22, 2020, Vietcombank will launch the VCB-iB@nking service version 2020 for Corporate customers in the selected list.
